RORATAU BUSHCAMP
Nestled in the heart of the Conservancy, RoraTau Bushcamp offers eco-friendly luxury accommodations surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and wildlife.
- Guests have a choice of 5 tents with electric fencing; the 2-sleepers Kudu, and Zebra or the 4-sleepers Blesbok, Blouwildebees, and Rooibok
- The 2-sleeper tents are furnished with queen-size beds, while the 4-sleeper tents contain queen-size beds, as well as 2 single beds.
- We have 5 spacious caravan/tent sites for the RUSTIC camper offering the basics like a 6 amp power point, a water point close by and your own private braai.
- Bosvark campsite is large enough for 2 caravan’s with private ablusion and braai. Vlakvark campsite suitable for a group of 4 caravan’s, completely private with own ablusions, boma and shaded splash pool.

MAHALA VIEW lodge

rOCKY HILL GUEST FARM
Enjoy panoramic sunsets and peaceful evenings at Rocky Hill Guestfarm, where nature meets comfort and sustainability.
- Rocky Hill Guest Farm is situated only 35 km North of Pretoria and borders on the East of the Dinokeng area. The property is located in the Leeuwgedacht conservancy and offers various types of self-catering accommodation away from city life.
- Guests have a choice of Chalets, Log home, and tented camps accommodation that have sleeping capacities ranging from 2 to 7 per unit. Some units have their own kitchen and bathroom facilities while the rest has access to communal spaces
- This Guest Farm is perfect to bring the kids along as there is a playground for children. This property offers various activities for all ages, such as game viewing, swimming pools, walking trails, and mountain bike trails. There's also a venue facility to host birthdays, intimate weddings, and conferences.

conclave lodge
A tranquil lodge providing serene views, comfortable stays, and easy access to cycling and walking trails within the Conservancy.
- The Conclave Country Lodge offers a unique bushveld retreat on a tranquil farm, bordering Dinokeng Nature Reserve. The lodge is an hour's drive from Pretoria.
- Accommodation is offered in a choice of 8 self-catering units at the Conclave, 10 chalets or an Executive Suite. The modern and stylish bedrooms are furnished with double beds or 2 single beds. All the rooms and units feature an en-suite bathroom, TV, selected DStv channels, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a heater.
- The lodge has conference facilities, a bar, chapel and reception area. There is a spacious wooden deck with a swimming pool where guests can relax.
- Guests can enjoy swimming, game drives, hiking, mountain biking and cycling in the area while team building activities are also offered at an additional cost.

Hear the lions roar, enjoy the outdoor swimming pools, amazing views and sundowners on the deck.
- Choose a family chalet, a cosy bungalow, or a rustic hut under ancient skies. No TVs, no noise—just the bush, good food, and warm people and the sounds of lions, hyenas, and jackals echoing through the night.
- Facilities on site include a warm and welcoming boma, which can accommodate larger groups, and has a large braai area. Guests can book at the bush spa salons under thatch or, at extra cost, enjoy the Jacuzzis in the open. Please note that we drain the Jacuzzi and refill it. The Jacuzzi requires at least six hours to heat up, and the price is for the first hour; after that, the charge is per hour. There are also 2 swimming pools available.
- No in-room TVs; licensed bar lounge shows major sport on request.
- Giraffe, Wildebeest, Kudu, Blesbok, Nyala, Impala, Waterbuck… and often the sound of lions after dark. Activities that can be enjoyed on-site include game viewing, bird watching and game drives, or you can simply relax and read a book, or rest and sleep whilst Jackal’s call.
- The fully licensed restaurant on the farm, which offers scrumptious à la carte meals, specialised coffees and a lounge area with DStv facilities, available upon request. Relax on the deck outside, looking at an amazing sunset whilst listening to the lions roaring in the background.

ingonyama trails
We are excited to announce a new, safe hiking trail for day visitors.
- Yellow route – Easy This is an easy 5 km route for the whole family that combines a 2-track farm road with a bush trail. Along the way you will find directions to a viewpoint where you can rest for a short while and look down over one of the lodges in the area. You may also spot some game if you are lucky. You have a very good chance to see Zebra and other animals on your walk. There is a water point along the way.
- Red route – Easy to moderate This is about 8.5 km and an extension of the yellow route but more challenging with a long, winding down hill along the farm road and a very steep 200 m uphill stretch along another farm road. However, when you turn around after having reached the top, you will be rewarded with a beautiful view of the Conservancy
- Hours (Weekends) Summer – Start between 06:00 am and 09h00 am (the Bushveld gets very hot in summer) Winter – Start between 07:00 am-11:00 am
- In order to preserve the unspoilt nature of the bushveld, only a limited number of hikers can book on any day – see availability on the website calender to book.
- Breakfast, hot and cold beverages can be purchased after the hike. Safe for single hikers or groups
lion and cheetah sanctuary
Lion and Cheetah Sanctuary was established as a safe haven for animals who cannot be released back into the wild and now have a place to call home and live out the rest of their lives in a peaceful and happy environment. Lion and Cheetah Sanctuary will be their forever home. Our Sanctuary is currently home to Lions, Cheetahs, Hyenas, Servals, Antelopes and Horses.
- We are situated on a conservancy which stretches over 800 hectares of unspoilt bushveld and boasts a variety of antelope species, giraffe, wildebeest and zebra. It is also home to 100’s of different bird species. If you’re feeling adventurous, why not go on a nature hike to view the animals in their natural habitat.
- Come experience the sanctuary for yourself by joining us for an educational game drive, spend the night in one of our luxury chalets or volunteer with the animals, where you will assist us in making their lives at the sanctuary, the best they can be.
- If you are passionate about animals, nature and conservation and want to help care for animals who are not suited for release, our volunteer program is just up your alley.
